These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between Debaf Engineering Services ("Debaf Engineering" or "we") and the customer ("Customer" or "you") who engages Debaf Engineering's services for Sales and Installation, HVAC Consultation, Cold Room Installation, HVAC Services, Commercial Kitchen, Commercial Laundry, and Facility Installations. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Debaf Engineering Services offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

• Sales and Installation: Providing high-quality equipment and expert installation services.
• HVAC Consultation: Offering advice, design, and consulting services related to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
• Cold Room Installation: Design, construction, and installation of cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
• HVAC Services: Maintenance, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems.
• Commercial Kitchen: Design and installation of commercial kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Commercial Laundry: Providing solutions for commercial laundry equipment and facilities.
• Facility Installations: Installation and maintenance of various facility equipment and systems.

2. Payment and Pricing

- Pricing for our services will be provided in a written quotation or contract.
- Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon before commencing any project.
- Additional costs may apply for changes to the scope of work.

3. Project Timeline

- Project timelines will be provided in writing and will depend on the nature and scale of the project.
- We will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

- Cancellation policies will be outlined in the project contract.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the contract.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

- Warranty periods for equipment and installations will be clearly defined in your contract.
- We offer maintenance services to keep your equipment in optimal condition.

6. Health and Safety

- Debaf Engineering is committed to adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customers are expected to provide a safe working environment during the project.

7. Intellectual Property

- All designs and documentation created during the project remain the intellectual property of Debaf Engineering Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches the terms.
- Termination procedures will be outlined in your contract.

9. Confidentiality

- Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and documentation confidential.

10. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
- In the event of unresolved disputes, we agree to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Debaf Engineering Services and the Customer. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
