REFRICLIM Hinged Doors

Our hinged doors can be found in three versions: cooling, freezing and shock freezing. Main characteristics are:

  • Composite closing system, automatic one-level aluminum catch with internal opening.
  • Finishes: stainless steel, White lacquered or PVC
  • Doorframe made in extruded aluminum with double thermal break and heating cable for negative temperature
  • Internal polyurethane insulation individually injected to a density 40-45 kg/m3.
  • Air tightness: ultra flexible double cell gaskets
  • Door made under request.
  • Options: Lock, porthole double crystal, different colors

RERFICLIM Service Doors

Our service doors have a wide range of applicability inside large chilling and freezing installations, laboratories, offices, washrooms, etc.

  • Single or double leaf.
  • Finishes in per-lacquered sheet or PVC.
  • Door leaf thickness 37mm, internal polyurethane insulation injected to a density of 40-45 kg/m3
  • White lacquered aluminum door-frame, oval-section gasket for improved hermetic seal.
  • Optional: key and porthole.

Monoblock Refrigeration Machines

These cooling machines are made on a single frame that includes both the condensing unit as the cooling unit. Our machines are fully assembled, charged with refrigerant Gaz and tested in our factory premises so that the installation work to be done on site is minimal.

The application for these machines is for chilling and freezing though they can also be used for shock freezing. The most common use for this equipment is for small size rooms or medium size rooms.

These machines are normally installed on the cold room wall though they can also be mounted on the ceiling.

Multicompressor rack cooling system

A multi-compressor rack is a cooling machine equipped with several compressors mounted on one or several racks which are to be used combined to optimize their performance.

The advantages of a multi-compressor rack versus individual machines are the following:

  • If we have a multi-compressor rack with 3 compressor we can have 1, 2 or 3 working depending on the demand of the cold rooms. If we have 3 different machines each machine will work depending on the demand of the cold room they work for.
  • In an electronically controlled multi-compressor rack the number of hours each compressor work will be the same, as the electronic control will command the compressors start and thus control the hours they work. Maintenance can also be monitored and programmed according to the electronic control registers.
  • The multi-compressor rack combined with electronically controlled condenser fans will achieve significant energy saving when compared to a traditional system with independent split units.

REFRICLIM Coolers

The cooler is the part of the machine that is installed inside the cold room and whose function is to exchange the heat between the refrigerant and the stored product, cooling that product (or extracting the heat).

There exist many types of cooler depending on the application, air flux, temperature, fin spacing, etc. Some of the most common are: cubic cooler, double flux or ceiling type cooler, low profile cooler, vertical cooler, or the classical static cooler or non-ventilated cooler.

REFRICLIM Condensers

The condenser is the part of the refrigerating machine which is installed outside of the cold room its function being to exchange heat between the refrigerant and the ambient; this heat that has been extracted from the product is then transformed into hot air blown on the outside.

There exist also different types of condenser: axial condenser, radial condenser, V type condenser, tube condenser, etc.

REFRICLIM Sectional doors

Sectional doors for loading bays, main characteristics are:

  • Panel injected in polyurethane covered by double sheet in galvanized and lacquered steel. Door accomplishes all European Norms.
  • Panel thickness 40mm
  • Manual or motorized opening
  • Special reinforced panel design to improve the hinges resistance

REFRICLIM Rapid Roll-up door

Our rapid roll-up doors are used in refrigerating installations, logistic centers, supermarkets, warehouses…

  • Colors: white, black, green, blue and red
  • PVC door blade, resistant to temperature extremes between -30ºC and +70ºC
  • Structure with anodized extruded aluminium guide channels with brush seals
  • Safety with polarized reflective photocell
  • Door designed to comply with the requirements of standard UNE EN 12453:200, compulsory for automatic industrial doors

REFRICLIM PVC Strip Curtain

Our strip curtains or PVC curtains can be used in cooling or freezing cold rooms. Main characteristics are:

  • High quality, flexible and transparent PVC strips, with different thickness depending on use: 3 and 5mm.
  • Strip width 200mm, with 50-60mm overlap between strips.
  • Individually replaceable strips
  • Guide rail, individually substitutable spacers and fixing clips
  • Easily adaptable to any situation, no size limit
